Routine Checks & Property Condition Reports
Regular inspections are carried out to ensure your property is well-maintained and any issues are documented. This includes a detailed report at the start of a tenancy, regular inspections every 3–6 months, and a final check when the tenant moves out to compare against the original condition.
Property Condition Report (PCR)

Conducted before tenancy begins to document the property’s state.

Tenants must review, sign, and return within 7 days of moving in.
Routine Inspections

Held every 3–6 months to ensure the property is well-maintained.

Tenants will receive notice at least 7 days in advance.

Photos and detailed reports are provided to landlords via Console Cloud.
Final Inspection

Conducted when a tenant moves out to compare against the PCR.

Any damages beyond fair wear and tear may be deducted from the bond.
