Routine Checks & Property Condition Reports

Regular inspections are carried out to ensure your property is well-maintained and any issues are documented. This includes a detailed report at the start of a tenancy, regular inspections every 3–6 months, and a final check when the tenant moves out to compare against the original condition.

Property Condition Report (PCR)

• Conducted before tenancy begins to document the property’s state.

• Tenants must review, sign, and return within 7 days of moving in.

Routine Inspections

• Held every 3–6 months to ensure the property is well-maintained.

• Tenants will receive notice at least 7 days in advance.

• Photos and detailed reports are provided to landlords via Console Cloud.

Final Inspection

• Conducted when a tenant moves out to compare against the PCR.

• Any damages beyond fair wear and tear may be deducted from the bond.
