How to Apply

1. Find a Property – Browse our available rentals and inspect the property.

2. Submit an Application – Complete an online application via our online portal and provide supporting documents (ID, proof of income, rental history).

3. Application Review – We assess applications based on affordability, rental history, and references.

4. Approval & Lease Signing – Once approved, you’ll sign the lease and pay your bond.

Bond & Upfront Costs

• A rental bond (typically 4 weeks’ rent) is lodged with the Bond Administrator (Consumer Protection WA).

• 2 weeks’ rent in advance is also required before moving in.

Tenant Rights in WA

• Tenants are protected under the Residential Tenancies Act 1987 (WA).

• You have the right to a safe, habitable home and fair notice for rent increases or inspections.

• Maintenance issues should be reported promptly.
