How to Report a Maintenance Issue

Log a Request Online – Submit a maintenance request via Console Cloud or email us.

Emergency vs Non-Urgent –

Urgent (e.g., gas leaks, major leaks, electrical hazards): Call us immediately.

Non-Urgent (e.g., minor plumbing issues, broken fixtures): Logged requests will be addressed within standard response times.

Response Times
-
Urgent Repairs: 24–48 hours
-
Non-Urgent Repairs: Up to 14 days depending on priority
